Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
(For Prime Computer Solutions & Networking & PrimeFiber Lco.)
1. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch or before service initiation. Once dispatched or service has started, cancellation is not allowed. Customers may refuse delivery at the doorstep if needed.
For services (internet, installation, AMC), cancellation is allowed only before installation or activation. After activation, no cancellation or refund will be provided.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, technical issues, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

Order cancelled before dispatch or service start

Failed service activation

Product/service not delivered
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
No refund will be provided for completed services, activated internet connections, or used/damaged products (unless defective on arrival).
3. Return Policy (Products Only)
Returns are accepted only if:

Product is damaged or defective

Wrong item delivered

Accessories are missing
Return request must be made within 3–7 days of delivery.
Product must be in original condition with all accessories, invoice, and packaging. It should be unused and undamaged (except manufacturing defect).
4. Replacement Policy
Defective or damaged products will be replaced with the same model or refunded if replacement is not available.
Only one replacement is allowed per order.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Software, licenses, digital products

Used or physically damaged items

Customized or special-order products

Installed networking equipment after successful setup
6. Internet Service (PrimeFiber Lco.)
All internet plans are prepaid and non-refundable.
No refund will be provided for partial usage or downtime caused by external factors such as power failure or fiber damage.
Support will be provided as per service agreement.
7. Installation & Service Charges
Installation and service charges are non-refundable once the service is completed.
8. Return Inspection
All returned products will be inspected. If conditions are not met, the return may be rejected.
